Return Policy for Wholesale Orders
At this time we cannot accommodate returns on wholesale orders.

Although we do not offer returns on wholesale orders, we do try to accommodate exchanges when possible. Whether or not we can accommodate an exchange is decided on a case by case basis. Please email us at with any exchange requests.

Damaged Items
We do our best to ensure your puzzles will arrive in perfect condition, but occasionally damage may occur during shipping. If any of the puzzles you received are damaged, please email us at within 15 days of receiving your order to let us know. We are happy to offer a refund, replacement puzzle or credit note for the damaged puzzle.
