To our US customers, on August 29, 2025 the US government removed the $800 and under duty free exemption for all shipments into the US. This means that all shipments into the US will be subject to import duties / fees. We are charging the import duties at checkout so that no additional fees will be charged on delivery.

Local Pick Up
Unfortunately we are unable to offer local pick up at this time. We have a small staff and our hours on site vary from day to day. We do have a few great local retailers that stock our puzzles:

Packaging times
Orders containing in stock items ship in 1 - 2 business days from the time of purchase. During peak times (the holidays, sales and new releases), shipping times may be delayed slightly. Orders containing any preorder items will ship by the date noted on the product at the time of your purchase.

Tracking
For international orders, some shipping options do not come with tracking information. Any orders with a non-trackable service are not eligible for a refund if the package is lost in transit. Please see below for which services have tracking:
