Within Canada

$9 CAD flat rate

Orders will ship via UPS or Canada Post and are fully trackable.

United States

1 puzzle : $12 USD for standard service, $28 USD for expedited service
2 - 6 puzzles : $25 USD for standard service

7+ puzzles: $30 USD for standard service
Duties will be charged at checkout so there will be no additional fees due on delivery. All orders to The United States will ship via Canada Post / USPS and are fully trackable.

Europe

Rate will be calculated at the checkout based on your address and number of puzzles in your order and will be charged in CAD. Alternatively, you can order directly from our European distributor, Charles & Marie. They are based in Germany and ship across Europe and to the UK. Please click here to visit their website.

All other countries

Rate will be calculated at the checkout based on your address and number of puzzles in your order and will be charged in CAD.

Packaging times

All orders ship in 1 - 2 business days from the time of purchase. During peak times (the holidays, sales and new releases), shipping times may be delayed slightly. Orders containing any preorder items will ship by the date noted on the product at the time of your purchase. 

Transit times

Canada : 1 - 5 days

United States : noted at checkout

The rest of the world : noted at checkout

Tracking

For international orders, some shipping options do not come with tracking information. Any orders with a non-trackable service are not eligible for a refund if the package is lost in transit. Please see below for which services have tracking:
