FAQ
Are Parkside and Four Point Puzzles the same company?
Yes! When we launched our business in 2019, our original name was Four Point Puzzles, and you will still see that name on any early editions of our puzzles. In 2024 we changed our name to Parkside and you can read more about the name change here.
Do you ship internationally?
In addition to shipping within Canada and to the US, we do ship to a number of countries overseas. To see the complete list you can click here.
Where can I find your puzzles in store?
Our puzzles are sold in museums, art galleries and independent retailers around the world. You can use our retailers page to find a store near you.
Did you produce the first circular Moon puzzle?
We produced the very first 1000-piece, circular puzzle of the Moon under our old name of Four Point Puzzles in 2019. Prior to that, there were some vintage puzzles from the 1960s that featured the Moon (500 pieces), but these were not photo-realistic. At the same time as our release in 2019, Chronicle books also released a very cool 100-piece Moon puzzle. Since our releases, many companies have produced very similar puzzles to ours and some have created knock offs using our branding. You can read more about knock offs here.
How difficult is the Moon puzzle?
The Moon puzzle is definitely a challenge and we rate it a 4.5 out of 5 on our difficulty scale. The image that we used is incredibly clear so being able to see all the details on the Moon's surface and the fact that no two pieces are exactly the same shape, make this puzzle enjoyable and achievable.
If I order a puzzle online, can I pick it up at your location in Dundas, ON?
Unfortunately our Dundas, ON warehouse and studio space is not set up to receive visitors, so we cannot accommodate pickups at this time.
I've lost a puzzle piece, can I get a replacement?
Yes! We understand how upsetting it can be to lose a piece so we will do our best to get a replacement sent to you. To find out more, see our replacement piece page.
Do you accept artist submissions for puzzle designs?
We do! Please send an email to submissions@parksidepuzzles.com that includes some information on you / your art as well as some examples of your work.
